Our Story
Elite Enterprise Transformation Consulting Group (EETCG) was founded in Beech Island, just outside Augusta, GA, to bring rigorous project and program management to organizations facing real governance, compliance, and delivery pressure. As a woman- and minority-owned business local to the Savannah River National Laboratory, we sit at the intersection of federal, state, and enterprise delivery work.
Our practice is led by Carla Monroe, PMP — a Director with 20+ years across DOE National Laboratories, the State of New Mexico (MMISR modernization), and Santa Fe Public Schools. Carla served as a Senior Contractor Assurance Specialist at SRNL (Q clearance at the time) and holds CSM, CSPO, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prosci change management credentials.
Today, EETCG operates as both a direct delivery firm and as part of an integrated PMO-as-a-Service partnership with IT Connect, Inc. and Holloway Consulting Group — bringing federal clearances, proven artifacts, and a 10+ person bench of project managers, business analysts, change leads, and engineers to every engagement.
